Fade to a black thumb. Well, at least as a necromancer, you can revivify your plants when they die. Which is one of the core aspects of Greenhearth Necromancer, in that instead of being a green witch of sorts, you dabble in death.
It’s got some chill low-fi beats to grow plants to, a quasi-idle aspect to watch the grass grow as it were, and some light pruning here and there. The story aspect of the game is meant to invoke all sorts of feelings as you deal with your recent loss of your grandmother, as well as being visited by your neighbour who is helping you heal from that loss. Combined with some wonderful art, it makes for a fairly complete package.
It’s a wonderful little game and it’s demo gives you plenty to play around with.
